shaking

At about 2500 RPM my car starts to shake really bad but it seems to stop at about 3000 RPM. It does it when your driving or revving it in neutral at a dead stop? I just changed the clutch a few weeks ago and the timing chain?

my car is a 82 firebird with a 305 T-10 4-speed trans with 3.08 gears
and it does have solid motor and tranny mounts.

any help would be great I'm all out of ideas?
