EFI tbi fuel pressure???

my 90 camaro is running really lean and im going to switch to carb but ill be useing a AFPR inline with the old electronic fuel pump. but i want to make sure that the problem isnt my fuel pump to begin with.

What should be the fuel pressure of a normal EFI 350???? (its tbi btw idk if that changes anything)

TBI pressure is 9-13 psi ('88 model is listed as 13 psi). I thought I would just thumb thru my Haynes manual and sure enough, it ain't in there nowhere!
