my car doesnt turn turn over and when it doesnt it barely idles and runs as it dropped cylinders, im pretty mechanic savy, its def not the fuel pump, its very intermitent, some times it will run fine, sometimes it runs like ****. i can hear the pump run for 3 seconds to prime the fuel rail, also when i get gas there is created vaccum form the pump.
my car is not a pos i take very good care of it, only has 75,000 on the motor. this kinda happened out of no where. went form running perfect to running terrible.i honestly dont have much time since im in the military,but its almost summer and id like to get her running back to tip top shape. ive owned 3 third gens and nvr experienced this kind of problem. .

 

where is the fule pump relay located, anyway i was doing some trouble shooting. at the rail i get 40psi, start the car it goes down to 35psi and stays they,and the car ran fine. shut the car off it stayed at 35psi for 10minutes, does this mean its a dying fuel pump or is my fuel pressure regulator a little off? another thing i ohmed out all my injectors to of thing read 10ohms the other read 11 ohms thats low right should be 13 to 16 oohms right. someone let me know before i blow my money or a new fuel pump.
