do my rockers arms need adjusting
my car makes this rattling sound when the secondarys open or when I'm hard on the throttle? it sounds Like the noise coming out of the exhaust?

Could be lots of different things. The rockers would normally make noise all the time though. Pop off the valve covers and take a look. If one is much looser then the rest, check it out.
See if it's pulling up the rocker stud, or otherwise.
