code 34

hey everyone! I Just got my car running a few weeks ago after 2 years of sitting, And now I'm getting code 34. When the car is fired up it kind of surges but stays idling, and as it warms up the idle smoothes out and its around 750-1000 rpm with the surge. I turned it off and started it without the MAF plugged in, idled at around 650 and it was fairly smooth, let it sit a min or so... no code popped up. I Turned the car off. I plugged the maf back into see if i can replicate the surging idle again but the car would not start at all, it almost started when i pressed the gas pedal but died. unplugged the maf again, did the same thing couldent get it started.... Fuel pressure is around 45-48. When it ran the car also liked to hesitate when given 3/4 or more throttle. Im getting antsy i wanna drive it! lol

specs: 350 TPI with LT4 Hotcam and Dart iron eagle heads, and other stuff

Re: code 34

I checked the TPS its good, I tried to start it and it fired right up and idled... then i decided to unplug the maf while running and the car just died. so im sure its not the maf. then i plugged it back in and tried to start it again.... nothing.... checked all the connections... still nothin.
car also has a new power relay, and newer burnoff relay.
