Girlfriend's car stalling - Fuel system suspect
OK this isn't exactly a third gen, but I have seen people post on numerous cars besides maros and birds here and was looking for a diversified opinion.
She owns a (She isn't sure of the year It's either a 95, 96 or 97) Olds Cutlass Ciera SL. I can't remember the exact engine specs but when I popped the hood I know I saw that it was an inline 6. It has a problem with stalling. I told her to be sure to warm the engine up before driving it, but this hasn't really helped anything. The car will stall when she is at a dead stop parked, but It's favorite thing to do is stall right when she begins rolling from a stop to make a turn and give it gas to go into the turn.
My first guess was the EGR, but from the latter detail in my noobish opinion my second guess would be the fuel pump. Anything else you guys can think of?
