how low can fuel psi be to still run engine?

i had a digital fuel pressure gauge hooked up in my car

within two weeks it just scrolls low

the company sent me a new sender i havent installed it yet

i have a high idle and one day got a code 44, it went away

still high idle

dont give all the iac tps suggestions

im just trying to rule out my fuel pump

iac is new

tps is .54v

rebuilt maf

fresh ford 19lb injectors

car has always idled high just now its worse and im still in the troubleshooting process

ill be able to datalog soon

and ill jsut hook up a temporary fuel pressure gauge

im just trying to get smarter and feed my curiosity for the time being

the fuel sender will scroll low if the pressure is below a certain psi

either the sender went bad withing two weeks or maybe just mayeb the fuel pump is going or my year old fuel filter is going bad or clogged

so to feed my curiosity does anyone know how low the fuel pressure can be and the engine will still run even if not too great?

im sure if it was so low id be getting a lean code all the time or wouldnt run at all

just curious guys

thanks
