Code 43 and no start

I posted this one over on the "electrical board".

The situation is I got a code 43 and my vehicle will not start. It has spark going to the plugs. I replaced the ESC module and still no start. Fuel pressure is good. What else is incorporated with and ESC issue? Thank you for the help.

Re: Code 43 and no start

Could leaving the car in the "run" position without starting it up cause this? I was scanning my car and did not actually start it up. It sat in the "run" position for a good 5-10 minutes. Did I possibly fry something?
