O2 Sensor
So I did a lot of things to my car, one thing was a new O2 sensor. The car runs terribly rich and fail emissions. You can smell it easily. Misses aswell.
But My OTC Monitor 2000 makes it appear that the ECM is getting a good reading from the O2 and the car is acutally lean more often than rich.
So, should I perhaps swap the sensor in case the new Bosch one was defective?

Re: O2 Sensor
Try putting the old one back in. (now, I know you didn't throw it away...)
Is the end of the exhaust within 2 feet of the o2 sensor? Ie
pen exhaust
