Convenience Center

I have been looking like crazy to find this in my 1986 Iroc Camaro z28. Can someone point me to where it is and how I access it? Perhaps pictures?
Thanks Much

Re: Convenience Center

IIRC, it's near the steering column.

Re: Convenience Center

Its on the right side of the column, buried under the dash.

Re: Convenience Center

If you have the plastic 'hush panel' you have to take that off. Do you know where the ALDL is? Its right there, just behind it.

Re: Convenience Center

Yeah I do. Ok I will look around though. I took the panel off under the steering wheel and turned on the hazards and I could hear it back behind there so I will look again when I get time. Thanks

Re: Convenience Center

Ok finally found it. Sure is a b to get to! I was looking in the haynes manual and it doesn't match what I have which is
_________ ( a tall black thing that says lectron then rochester under that
12 v 12 v
12v Empty but place for 12 v

Any help would be great! Btw I have an after market Grant wheel that was in the car when i bought it and the horn doesn't work because it isn't connected or something. The hazards work but when I turn them on the green arrow works but the right doesnt, but both tail lights function. the turn signals dont work when they are on themselves. Anyone perhaps know how to hook up the horn, or should I get an aftermarket?
