Fuel Filter???

I just got my old 85 Bertalina back

And I noticed that I have a little lack of power.
And my old man said all I have to do is replace my fuel filter..

Now my question where would my filter be??
Would it be in the tank?
Inline?
Or in the engine compartment??

follow the line from the tank, usually its visible from the rear drivers side, just infront of the front wheel. look for a silver colored cylinder

Re: Fuel Filter???

Well im not 100% sure its my fuel filter..

But she was driving just fine, and then she just dies..
But I dont know what it is.. Im thinking the carbs were rebuilt wrong or what.. Sounds and feels like she is being starved..

So besides the filter or the pump, does anyone have an idea??
