97 Vortec 350 Truck Motor

Motor in my camaro is a 5.7 (could see it stamped) and was told it came from a 97 truck. It is a vortec, I double checked the casting numbers. I cant see the block casting number to be sure, but what is the odds that it is in fact a roller motor? Im wanting to switch to full synthetic, but I want to know if its roller or not first. Cruising around mortec, Im thinking that the only vortec motor built during 97 was the 10243880 casting and it is 2 or 4 bolt, with roller cam.

So long story short is it roller or flat tappet?
