oil from crank pulley

Well, my brother just fixed my crankshaft pulley for me (see pictures). He pulled out a bolt from the middle of the harmonic balancer that had a giant washer on it. When he did, a bit of oil leaked from the engine. I'm fairly sure that this is the stuff from the oilpan, since it's the same color as the stuff on the dipstick. However, he's a dodge guy, and I'm a computer guy, so neither of us know if this is "OK" and I figured I'd put it to the experts here.
