Braided fuel lines from hardline to tpi?

I need help figureing out what fittings and such I will need to accomplish this. Basically my feed and return lines are very rust right under the master cylinder along the frame rail. What I want to do is cut them back to remove the rusted sections and then run braided line with -an fittings from the cut back lines to the tpi fuel rail. What will I need? Is there any easy way to attach the braided line to the hard lines? I have a good flare kit (snap-on) but it only does sae and metric flares.. Ideas and suggestions are welcome.. basically I need to know what I need to do it.. I have quite a bit of 6 and 8 an line laying around from another project so if I could use any of it that would be good..
