Heater Blower Popping Fuses

I recently started having a problem when I turn my blower on for heat,or ac, the fuse has been popping.I have replaced the motor, the relay and the resistor. The only 2 things that I know of that are left are the actual switch itself or my alternator.I have noticed that my alternator has been acting
strange to the point sometimes when I stop my car and get back in to start, it acts like there isnt enough juice to turn the engine. Can somebody give me any clues ?

Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.
I've never heard of an alternator causing fuses to blow. Certainly not because of low voltage.
Check for frayed or burnt wiring along the entire path for the motor.
