89 Formula 350 electrical parts issue NEED help!

Here's the abbreviated version... Cooling fan bypassed and hot wired, quits running sometimes, when it does it pulls mega-voltage, and takes the power windows and AC with it..if it goes down I can not get the air to blow at all and the window switches become skeet shooting material, if you know what I mean..it is SUPER annoying when you live in FL in the summer and can't get air from the car OR from nature, and the car wants to over heat, please help and thank you!

ok, but how does the fan tie in to the ac and the power windows? Unless its on the same circuit/fuse??

Normally the fan is on a different circuit, however yours is hotwired. I would replace the motor (s) the high-resistance of siezed up motors is blowing the fuses.
