Horsepower Ratings

Can anyone tell me if the 1988 Camaro motors (5.7) were measured at the crank or the rear wheels?

More specifically, net flywheel horsepower. Meaning with full exhaust as installed in the car, full air intake as installed in the car, normal accessories like water pump and alternator as installed in the car, engine controls as installed in the car.
