Whine from rightside rear end?
ok, so ive already checked the fluid in the rear end, it was good. i replaced it anyways just to make sure. theres a weird whining sound when the car is accelerating. it seems to only make the noise when im on the gas, and the sound is quieter a lower rpms, and louder and a higher pitch from around 55 up. could it be a wheel bearing? i dont know, help me out here. thanks.

If you've replaced the fluid and checked the teeth for wear or damage and all's good, the wheel bearing may be the culprit. If the bearing is bad, you probably have a weeping oil seal as well. Look for oil inside the wheel.
