Edelbrock performer intake.. worth it?

I have a pretty stock 350 with a roch quadra carb and have been offered a edelbrock performer intake. Is it worth the hassle and gaskets to swap just that out?

The Performer is pretty comparable with the stock aluminum intake. The Performer RPM is a better swap.
