Oil leak under passenger header

I have an 86 Camaro with a 350 and there is oil soaked everywhere just below the passenger header. There is no indication that it is the valve cover as there is no oil there and none anywhere above the header, just below it. It drips down and onto the starter. Trying to find the source, any help is appreciated.

He may be on to something, are you still running a smog pump? If not do you have a bolt in the appropriate hole so that oil isn't dripping out?
Are you absolutely POSITIVE it isn't a valve cover gasket? They can be tricky sometimes... other than that it's possible is leaking at the rear of the intake and dripping down there somehow.. or a head gasket leak.. crack, etc...

Re: Oil leak under passenger header

I had a problem just like this. Check the dipstick tube where it goes into the block. I was able to seal mine with some gasket maker.
