"Pop" from engine bay

The car still runs and drives fine. I was taking a turn and gave it some gas and heard a "pop" - it almost sounded as if I ran over something but I'm convinced it was under the hood because I heard something hit metal.

What would you guys suggest looking at before I take her out again?

Changes to the car tonight were: Tuneup - plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, oil change.

That's tough to diagnose.

Take it out and see if it does it again, maybe you did run over something that sounded like metal to metal?

I did take it out and it seems fine now... I'm guessing it was just a piece of metal like joeblue83 suggested.
