Alright someone help please.
Ok so i know for a fact that my car is NOT overheating. I did notice that the Coolant temperature sender for the gauge: the one that is on the head right in between cylinders #1 & #3 (or on the drivers side cylinder head) was looking a little monkey rigged so i replaced it to one that i thought was the right one. and now im seeing the needle rise all the way +260* when in reality it is at 220* (if that). The sender i bought has what looks a regular male spade electrical connector, when the old one had more of a T connector (looks like the shape and size of the head of a nail). However the connector that was on the stock one was the female spade connector, this is why i bought it cuz i knew it would fit better. Recently i read something on the niehoff website that says NOT FOR USE IN 350 engines!!
Does someone please have the correct ACDELCO number or equivalent. spade connector or not, anyone have a similar problem?
Thanks for reading my novel

I don't have an answer to your question, but when the temp. gauges go bad they usually don't work at all or they read high...
