What is this switch/sensor?
I may have asked this in 2002 when I did the intake manifold gasket back then. This (in the thick white circle in case you missed it) plugs into the front of the manifold and in my case, the connector is broken. Any help on what this does/is called would be a great help.

Water temp sensor. It is for the ecm. (Not the gauge in the dash) Checker or autozone has it.

88 IROCZ; The one on the left is the cold start injector switch, the right is the coolant temp sensor for the ECM.
