Is that CR calculated, or guessed based on what the piston mfg says? ie, did you measure the deck height yourself, and do the math?
Is it balanced?
Have you replaced the rod bolts and main bolts?
What year is the block? ie, roller block?

Re: i need a cam for a .30 over 350
i based it off of what the trw spec say, 125 dome with 64 cc heads will be 10.7.1, i do not plan on having it zero decked, unless it is unlevel, it will be balanced, yes the rod and main bolts will be replaced, it is an 89 block as far as i know, it was rebuilt before i got it and it had flat tappet lifters in it but the block is driller for the "lifter spider" now this is not my first engine build by all means, but this is my first engine in a 3rd gen, i just got done building a 505 bbc for my 72 protouring chevelle!
