What would you do?
I have an 84z28 with a Lg5 305 5speed.I also have an 85 Iroc 305 tpi auto that has been rearended. The 85 has 215 hp and I want to put it in the 84 and use it for a road course car in a stock class. The lg5 in the 84 is a weak 150hp. I was thinking of just swapping out the long blocks and keeping the carb setup on the 84. Would it be a better car if I swap the entire 85 tpi setup into the 84 car? I quess that would mean swapping out the ecm too.So, what would you do?

One of the problems with roadracing with a carb is stumbling and poor throttle response. I would definately swap the tpi setup. Your times will be quicker
P.S. its an easy swap, as you already have all of the parts!
