Hey.... The 416 casting heads? Whats the deal about them? I always looked for the 601's when building a 305 ::cough :::
I have a pile of them I ran my own yard for years I kept all the GM stuff hidden. I once had the Mopar sickness.. I collected mopar parts and sat on them. Teased all that were looking for those parts. " Neener neener neener... Look what I have.. and YOU can't touch them...
So... I got 'healthy and now have a GM illness...
Just a question about the 416's seems all of a sudden they could be the hot ticket.

Nah, not the hot ticket. They're still dime a dozen. They're nice heads, but people are tripping over each other to get Vortecs, you won't have any desire for 416's, or even 601's - since people would rather buy new heads than recondition and port older ones...
Good for us, but you won't make much $$ selling them

 

I don't make much money selling parts. I eat bologna soup, two- three times a week.
