Condensation On/In Motor
I walked out in the garage today to find the entire floor wet from the concrete sweating. Well going from 30 to 60 degrees in a matter of hours makes most stuff sweat like that but when messing with the motor I found the damn motor itself had a ton on condensation on it. Heads, block, bolts etc.
I know this has to probably be going on inside the thing too...how bad is this for the thing?
It is a fresh rebuild, ran for about 15 minutes and has sat for a week and a half. Won't start again for another week or so...

It won't be that big of a deal. Water doesn't like to condense much on oily surfaces. Whatever does get in there will get evaporated off pretty quickly once the engine starts to come up in temperature.

Thanks again man. I didn't think it would be a huge deal but was worried about any surfcae rust that would form from now and the time it will start again. Would hate to ruin a bearing over something so stupid!
