Does anybody know what are dimensions of valve guides
on Aluminum #113 heads?

Should be standard SBC guides.
11/32" ID, OD is dependant on what you want. ie. thin wall or thick wall guides. AL heads, I imagine you need thick wall. Buy guides, and machine your heads to suit them.
