FUEL PUMP ?????'S

I recently got a 1988 Iroc that has been sitting up for years and tried to start it and it was not getting fuel,dropped tank and put in NEW fuel pump,car ran but it takes several tries before it starts but will run, now car has sat for couple weeks and now will not start,could this be the fuel pump relay,if so where is it located?THANKS

The fuel pump relay is on the left firewall near the booster.

You should see two relays there.

One is for the fan, one for the fuel pump.
