Fuel filter & Fuel regulator ?'s

I a in the middle of plumbing my camaro . My question is can I put my fuel filter (2.5 canister type ) before my fuel pump , and will I need one in the line between the pump and carb .
I also want to know if I can run both lines to my 4150 carb from the regulator . One line in two lines out . I do not want to plug the one side of the regulator .

Yep, fuel filter can go before the pump. I personally run a screen filter before the pump and a fine filter between the pump and regulator.

Assuming you've got the typical in the bottom, out the sides deadhead, yea, you can run the sides to either inlet of your carb.
