Re: best stock springs to use????

Depends on what type of ride and handling characteristics. I removed the stock softer LT springs and threw in some 1LE springs from the dealer a while back.

err, cylinder head springs, or suspension springs?

Also - why stock? Why not comp 981's?

The LT1/Z28 springs are decent. It's what I'm running with the ZZ4 cam.

The Comp 981's mentioned are good, too. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku I'd recommend changing the retainers and eliminating the stock exhaust rotators while you're at it.
