Bird wont start *Help* !!!

Okay, my neighbor has a 3.1 V6 1990 firebird.
I have been trying to help him fix it for weeks now to no avail.
I feel bad for the kid because he spent money on his first car and it doesn’t even work now.
I also remember when I got my 82 T/A how grateful I was when a mechanic came and helped me out.

I am going to tell you about everything I have done to his car so you get a full over view of it all…..

It was sitting for a while and would not start because of fouled plugs.
Then I replaced the spark plugs and it fired right up.
He drove it around for a couple days.

It started acting funny after 2 days (stalling at idle, bogging down when accelerating), so I decided to check the timing.
I played with the turning the distributor a little bit and then after that it would not start.
Plugs were fouled again, so we replaced the plugs and it fired right up and ran strong for a few moments, was able to drive down the road, then it died.

Now it will not start at all.

We checked codes via blinking check engine light and came up with code 15, 23, 32, 33, 35, 44.
None of these codes seem like they would stop the car from running.
And actually these codes seem to make sense considering we tried to rig a cold air intake and we are having fouled plug problems……….

Anyways, I found that I was not getting spark
I replaced ignition module, distributor coil, cap, rotor, plugs and wires.

Then I found out one of the electrical wires was broken. Replaced it and now I have strong spark all the way to plugs.

But now it seems like I am not getting any fuel to the cylinders.
I have fuel up to the manifold, with good pressure.
I replaced the fuel pressure regulator.
Still will not start……

When I spray car start in the manifold the car pops like it wants to do something, but it will not run.

Here are a few things to keep in mind…..
Timing is possibly off a bit…..
Also there appears to be slack in timing chain….

With limited amount of money…. I really need help on this one!

I also am a complete dummy when it comes to checking electrical things with a meter.
Could this be an injector problem? I checked fuses. They are all good....
Helpppp please!

You have checked that you have fuel pressure, but did not say how much.
You have confirmed that you are getting spark at spark plugs.

Troubleshooting:
You can check and see if injector are firing using a 12 volt test light (or a fast DVM set to Vdc). One side of injector connector should be +12 volts at all the times when ignition is in run (or while cranking) while the other pin should cause your test light to blink off. If it does not blink off it means that ECM is not pulling injector line to ground. There are couple of reasons for this. First ECM is not receiving DRP signal (bad EST module or harness). Second, which is the worst case scenario, injector drivers are toasted. All of this is based on assumption that VATS is not there or functioning properly.
