How much of a horsepower and 1/4 mile gain will I see with a set of SLP runners on an L98?
What's the best place to order them from?

SLP stopped making them new, so you'll have to find them used from classified ads.
I've seen people claim 10 hp and one to two tenths faster in the 1/4 mile.
If you have the capability to shorten the divider inside them, and port-match them to your intake, you'll gain even more.
