305 Heads
My dad has a set of heads off a 83 camaro, that were shaved to 52cc, w/ aftermarket springs, lighter valves, roller rockers, and a bead blast inside the cylinder(he said it smoothes out the inside?).
anyway, he used these heads on his circle track car that had a 4 bolt main 5.7 in it, and he got like somewhere into the 11:1 compression. i was wondering if i were to install these heads (which are still in fairly good condition, only used 2 races before his new heads came in the mail) if they would see good use on the LG4?
the heads would be matched to a 650cfm holley, and airgap intake, but i still have the stock exhaust.

I'll be using stock internals for the LG4 with the new heads and intake. what kind of hp should i expect after installation?

About 155.
The heads will be fine to use (did they get bigger valves as well?), but don't expect much without doing other things, especially exhaust. And air cleaner (I imagine you won't be using a stock air cleaner on a Holley), and cam.
Exhaust (headers, 3" all the way back) with stock heads would give a better power gain than those heads with stock exhaust.
