Where does cat air tube bolt to?
Where does the air tube from the cat bolt to? Does it bolt to the rear of the pass head or to the last manifold bolt/stud or???

The back of the passenger head. It's like that on all the cars with that tube.

Ditto. Pass side head, outer-side (nearest the climate box) The check valve that is on the pipe should sit just atop the valve cover.
