The #5 Rod bearing siezed and spun the crank. Is it possible to put in a brand new crank instead of welding and polishing the new ones?

Keep in mind a new crank will need to be measured and likely machined to work. There is no such thing as an out of the box part.

I imagine you will need a new rod, or machining the existing rod as well. If you get a new rod you'll want it balanced.
At the very least you'll want to mic everything, and or plastigauge it.
Personally i'd just machine the crank and get undersize bearings. That avoids needing it re-balanced.
