Re: engine vibration
What if they (the wires/plugs) are good while you check them and are not arcing to a manifold or bolt when the engine is running?
Are you using quality parts? NAPA, Autozone, Car Quest, etc etc will sell you the junkiest krapola for the sales promos they get. Use GM or NGK plugs and high quality wires. Please stay away from Bosch and Autolite stuff.
Are you sure there is no out of balance problem like a broken piston skirt, bad flexplaye/flywheel, out of phase crank damper or even major internal problems?
What if an injector isn't spraying fuel, or is leaking?

Re: engine vibration
Check your motor mounts again the back side of one or both may be resting on the crossmember. I had the same problem in one of my cars, drove me nuts for a year until I discovered the bad mount.
