My Mom's Formula constantly will "wink" or worse go completely down and out when driving. It seems like I can pop the hood and get them to "lock in" but it is a pain in the you know what, every time I have to do it.

Is it a vaccum problem? Electrical? Or What? Any suggestions?

A headlight bushing repair kit cost me $29 a few years ago and solved every problem that included headlight movement on my Birds.
