So I was driving home today and as I'm slowing down at a light my car starts like choking and idling funny. When that happened I put it in neutral and the car started idling higher. I turned it off and turned it back on and it was running cool. I kept driving home and it did the same thing two more times. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Also, today when I turned it on white smoke came out the exhaust then if I rev it a bit of oil spits out of the exhaust.
