first off i have searched.
can someone provide concrete proof of which of these castings are better?
is there any proof or is it just perferance?
its about a 50-50 split of everything i have read of which are better.

basically there isnt one that is better than the other. i did a ton of googling yesterday and found a GREAT article on it. ill post up the link when i get home its on my favorites on my laptop.
