help me! starting issue
hi my neighbor has a 1970 firebird and i told her id work on it. it woulnt start. so iv changed battery, alternator, and starter. the starter was not shimmed right so it made skreeching noises then eventually died after a couple of times. i went and got another starter and hooked it up and it didnt do anything! i could not even hear the silonoid making a clicking noise with the key in the ignition turned half way. so leads me to believe that there is some fuse or somthing got messed up from the first starter. im young and have allot to learn please help me out, im runnin out of excuses why her car isnt finished.

There are to small terminals on the starter besides the large one from the battery... Did you mount the small connection to the wrong small terminal on the starter? Good luck!
