Car overheating while driving

Car overheating while driving
I have a 92 RS 305 TBI, it is overheating while driving but cools while idle. I have replaced the radiator, hoses, water pump, thermostat, bypassed the heater core, and replaced the lower air dam. I'm running out of ideas here! Can someone please help me?? Also, could getting rid of the smog pump contribute to this?
