That part you have circled is called an A.I.R. tube.....it is an emmisions item that pumps air into the manifolds....you should be able to find someone that has on either on this website, ebay, or local junkyards.....

Which part broke, the part sticking off the manifold, or the removeable part that the hose clamps to?

If you need it for inspection, I think I have spares of both since I bought smog tube headers.

 

The threads the nut coming off the hose screws onto on the manifold side. I just need to know if it is going to cause any vacum leaks or other problems. The air seems to be blowing out from where the threads are split and the car runs fine. I just want to make sure it isn't something thats going to cause problems down the road.

 

Mine rusted almost completely through at the same point. Good thing they were going into the scrap heap.

Vacuum leaks no. Nothing like that. The engine itsself doesn't use that tube at all. The only problems I can imagine would be maybe if it's leaking a lot, your catcon won't be as effective and that might clog it up, and maybe with less air going in, your oxygen sensor might not read what it normally would.

I'd just JB Weld the two parts together. There's no reason to ever seperate them. Unless the check valve (the part the hose clamps to) goes bad. Don't know what the chance of that even happening is.
