Speedo Works Sometimes, Still VSS?

Engine: 305 TBI, 2.8 MPFI
Transmission: 700r4, 700r4w/vette servos
Axle/Gears: 2.73 Open, 3.42 Open
Speedo Works Sometimes, Still VSS?
Ok guys, so I took my bird for a spin around the yesterday and the speedo was working, but it hasn't been working since I got it. But then I drove today and now it doesn't work again. Is the VSS still the most likely cause or should I get my speedo head rebuilt? I've got an electric speedo btw.
