new thread, Losing fuel pressure when engine off.
I started a new thread because the old one was clustered and people were answering the first post rather than the current problem
SO... BBK AFPR, new diaphragm and I am losing fuel pressure with the engine off. I pinched the fuel return line and pressure holds. Any thoughts?
When the engine is running, it pops like it's running lean when I rev it up. Timing and everything is set, I think it has something to do with the fuel pressure because I am losing pressure with the engine off, but when the engine is running fuel pressure seems fine. Pressure jumps up when the throttle is blipped ect. just like normal.
I'm just trying to see if this is the problem or if anyone else loses pressure like this?
After I get the engine put back together I'll try to datalog it

Re: new thread, Losing fuel pressure when engine off.
I am thinking that losing fuel pressure after key off, is not a big issue as we once thought. In an ideal world the fuel pressure would stay up forever, and never drop. The main thing is that the fuel pressure stays up while the engine is running with no fluncuations. and inceases a little (4 to 8 psi)at WOT.
