bought a car from a guy who let the car sit for 5-10 because fuel pump went out so i put in fuel pump now it has no power idles rough backfires through the filter. and if u leave it idliling it dies after a minute or 2. i checked timing it was fine check fuel pressure 45psi. so i checked codes on it is said code 43. when i pulled out spark plugs one side was covered in fuel and other side was fine. any ideas?

Also getting a code 43 in my 92 RS, couldn't find an answer when searching..
