car runs extremely rich block learn 158

so i was thinking how about a new oxygen sensor or is their a way to test my existing one. i have the snap on m2500 computer so if you know of anythings to look for to isolate the problem let me know. no vacuum lines in sight are leaking from the top of the engine my dad told me to check to line in the back of the engine you cant see by jacking it up and looking from underneath. if you guys got any ideads or had this high of a block learn before let me know thanks.

High block learn numbers indicate your engine is trending towards running lean, not rich.

so if its an exaust leak that will be fun cause ive reved up my engine looking under the hood no smoke and my car burns a **** load of oil so it would be noticeable. i hear no sound of an exaust leak. so im guessing its either a leak right b4 the o2 sensor or a vaccum leak?
