Fuel pump recommendations??

I'm swapping rearends so I'll be dropping the tank this week to change the pump since I'm in there. Someday I'll swap in a 350 so any suggestions for a new pump? I read something about walbro's from racetronix...any good? Thanks

Re: Fuel pump recommendations??

Not sure how to piggyback this post to see the replies, but I also am looking for the same answers you are.

I do have a Walbro 255 laying around and from my research on here it looks like I may be able to use that combined with a fuel pressure regulator to keep from flooding the TBI. Even though the TBI has a regulator built in??? Maybe the built in regulator cant handle the pressure?

Anyone know of any good replacement pumps that only flow the required 6-12 pounds of pressure but have good flow rates enough to support more power down the road without an aftermarket fpr? From what I have seen from looking at pumps most at 6-12 or so pounds only put out like 35-40 gph.

Thanks for the info. and I hope I am not piggybacking too bad, I think any answers we recieve can help us both. (Two birds with one stone.)
