i have an 88 chevey camaro with a 350 motor about a month ago it starting having trouble starting when i first turn the key i noticed that the pump is not running however after cranking it over for 5 to 10 seconds the oil pressure goes up to around 10 when i release the key then i can hear the pump running and then shut off like it should at the first turn of the key then it will start with a bump of the key like it should and it runs fine after that but if i shut it off and let it sit for more than 10 minutes i have to go through the same process again to get it to start i have already replaced the oil presure/fuel pump sending unit above the oil filter the fuel pump relay and a fuel filter the pump was replaced about 2 years ago any help with this problem would be greatly appreaciated
