Re: code 34

Well you're not alone. There's a few of us in the same club.

Mine's tossing a Code 33 after a few mins of running. Changed the MAF, checked the wiring, spliced in some new pigtails, cleaned contacts etc. and still get the code. New relay's are on order.

I think most of the guys that have gone down this road will all direct you to the various threads that exist here and have you do your homework. There are no quick answers or fixes for these types of problems.

There are some diagnostic/troubleshooting diagrams available to help but you have to look for them. You'll have to be handy with reading schematics and handling a volt meter. Having good color vision helps too (I'm colorblind).

There's a few different approaches you can choose to fix these code problems. Replace everything ($$$) until the problem goes away or do the diagnostic work (skills, effort, tools) to find out exactly what the problem is and fix that or pay someone else to fix it ($$$$$$).

The choice is yours. FWIW.

Re: code 34

put my old maf back on and the light went away.. i am guessing that plugging and unplugging the connector fixed the problem. i don't know.. at least it is not giving me the light anymore.
